User Agreement

Welcome to the V-like.ru Service, located on the Internet at http://v-like.ru/ (hereinafter — the Service). Our website provides promotion services for VK.com communities, Instagram pages, and YouTube channels by engaging real participants for a reward.

The provisions of this User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) describe the terms under which SMM services are provided by the Administration to a person registered on the website (hereinafter the User).

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The subject of the Agreement is the relationship between the Site Administration and the User arising from the User's use of the Site in the manner provided by the V-like.ru Service.

1.2. This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.3. By accepting this Agreement, the User undertakes to comply with its provisions and confirms that they have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority under the laws of their country of residence. The User is responsible for violating this clause.

1.4. The Agreement enters into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms by registering on the website.

1.5. The User uses the Site services at their own risk.

1.6. If the User disagrees with any of the terms of this Agreement, the User undertakes to stop using the Service.

2. Rights and Obligations of the User

2.1. The User has the right to:

2.1.1 use the website for its intended purpose.

2.1.2 withdraw from this Agreement unilaterally at any time, provided that the other party's actual expenses for providing services are paid.

2.2. The User is obliged to:

2.2.1 independently monitor any changes to the Agreement.

2.3. The User may not:

2.3.1 treat other website users and the Administration disrespectfully, including using profanity and threats against other participants.

2.3.2 post materials containing pornographic or erotic images and texts, promoting the distribution and use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as materials expressing hatred on racial, religious, national, political, cultural, or ideological grounds.

2.3.3 leave communities or unfollow pages for which a rewarded action was performed.

2.3.3* it is prohibited to remove "likes" from posts or delete wall posts for which a reward was received. The post must remain published for at least 14 days.

2.3.4 attempt to hack the service or exploit errors for personal gain.

2.3.5 use more than two Service profiles; in such cases the profiles will be blocked and funds will be debited in favor of the Service.

2.3.6 send spam or insult participants in advertisers' communities or users' materials, as well as send messages to advertisers.

2.3.7 send messages that are untrue, as well as messages containing advertising, except for messages posted by the Administration.

2.3.8 use third-party programs to complete rewarded tasks.

2.3.9 add communities and pages that are closed to joining. If a page turns out to be closed, the campaign will be blocked and funds will be debited in favor of the administration.

2.3.10 delete or hide material for which a likes/shares promotion campaign was created before the campaign ends.

2.3.11 add material to promotion that may mislead users.

2.4. In case of any fraudulent actions against the Service, the Administration has the right to block access to the Service without refunding funds on the violator's personal account.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Site Administration

3.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to terminate the User's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

3.1.1 violation of the Agreement by the User;

3.1.2 receipt of substantiated complaints from other users about the incorrect behavior of that user on the website;

3.1.3 prolonged non-use of the account;

3.1.4 unforeseen technical problems.

3.2. The Site Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement in whole or in part at any time. Actual access to the Service is considered proper notice to the User of such changes.

3.3. The Site Administration is not responsible for any suspension or termination of the website or any of its parts for technical or other reasons.

3.4. The Site Administration is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, damages from use, reputational damage, data loss, deletion or blocking of a community or social network page, or account blocking.

3.5. The Site Administration is not responsible for removals and deletions of participants. Such sanctions may be applied by VK, Instagram, and YouTube.

3.6. The Administration does not refund money if participants are removed from the advertiser's community. If participants are removed by the V-like.ru Service, the Administration will compensate losses with other subscribers when possible.

4. Additional Terms for Task Performers

4.1. User page requirements:

4.1.1. The social network page must be filled with information;

4.1.2. The social network page must have at least 3–5 personal photos. There must be at least 10 photos in total;

4.1.3. The VK page must not contain only promotional posts;

4.1.4. The number of VK friends and Instagram followers must be at least 10;

4.1.5. If clauses 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3, and 4.1.4 are not complied with, the User must stop using the service; otherwise the profile will be blocked without payout.

4.1.6. The page must be active at the time of payout (not frozen, blocked, or deleted).

4.2. Using programs for automatic task completion will result in blocking of all user accounts.

5. Paid Services

5.1. The list and cost of paid services are published on the V-like.ru website;

5.2. Methods and terms for topping up the User's account, as well as the list of payment systems available for payment, are provided on the website.

5.3. If paid services were provided to the User without payment or with partial payment due to a technical error or Site failure, the User must report this to the Site Administration and compensate the cost of the services provided.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. The Participant's login, name, patronymic, and email are used only to register the user in the Service. V-like.ru guarantees confidentiality of the User's phone number, except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The mobile phone number and contact email may be used by the V-like.ru Administration to contact the User by sending informational messages, including website access credentials.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Agreement is drawn up in Russian and must be reviewed by all registered website participants.

7.2. Issues and terms not covered by this Agreement are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. All disputes between the parties under this Agreement shall be settled in pre-trial (claim) proceedings. If the parties fail to reach agreement, the dispute may be referred to court by either party.

Other matters:

Account top-up.

Account top-up is available via four payment methods: WebMoney, QIWI wallet, YooMoney, and bank cards Visa/Mastercard/MIR.

To top up your account, log in to the website, go to the "Advertising" section, choose a convenient payment method, enter the desired amount, and click "top up".

- WebMoney top-up is credited instantly (in some cases up to one day), with no commission.

- QIWI wallet top-up is credited instantly (in some cases up to one day), with no commission.

- YooMoney top-up is credited instantly (in some cases up to one day), with no commission.

- Bank card top-up is credited instantly (in some cases up to one day), with a 1–3% commission.


- If you top up via one payment system and request a payout to another, funds will be returned to your account. Repeated actions will result in profile blocking and debiting of funds in favor of the administration. Our Service is not an exchange office. You may, without violating the rules, request a payout to the wallet from which the account was topped up.

Creating a task

At the moment, frozen users may appear in a group, up to 50% of joined users. However, this usually lasts no more than a couple of weeks. VKontakte freezes user pages, but since all users are real and active, they unfreeze them.

We do not guarantee that 100% of joined participants will remain in the group forever.

Participant promotion is performed at the advertiser's own risk. We are not responsible for removals, freezes of participants, or group bans and do not provide refunds.

For the User

- For joining a group/page/event, you receive 5–20 kopecks to your account. Once your balance reaches 15 rubles, you can withdraw to a WebMoney or YooMoney wallet. For mobile phone withdrawal, the minimum amount is 50 rubles. Payouts are made within 14 days from the payout request date.
